Angelic Empowerment LLC was founded to support students with special needs and equip families with the tools they need to help their children succeed.
Founded by Angel DeLeon, who holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s in Educational Psychology with a minor in Autism Intervention, the company is built on over 8 years of special education experience serving students in grades K–8 and homebound settings. Angelic Empowerment bridges the gap between school and home by providing personalized tutoring, IEP-aligned instruction, and parent training designed to build confidence, independence, and lifelong skills

Leighanne brings over 8 years of dedicated experience. She is the cofounder of Angelic Empowerment LLC and brings experience in special education and student support services. She has experience in homebound instruction, in-home parent training, Behavior analysis, Special Education Department Lead, and tutoring across all grade levels. Leighanne has taught students in grades 6–8 and has supported students 6-18+, and she is also a dedicated Special Olympics coach. She currently serves as a Transition Specialist, where she supports students in developing the academic, social, and independent living skills needed for success beyond the classroom.
Leighanne holds a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Special Education and a Master’s of Science in Educational Psychology with a minor in Learning and Development,

While Angelic Empowerment primarily offers in-home support, virtual sessions may be available depending on the student’s age, level of independence, learning profile, and service needs. This option can be discussed during the free consultation.

A quick introductory call to discuss your child’s needs, available services, and the best next steps.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency or illness. If a client misses a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. A 50% no-show fee will also be charged for missed appointments without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or denial of future bookings. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For in-home sessions, a parent or approved adult must be present in the home for the full duration of the session. Services are provided in a safe, respectful environment, and sessions may be ended if safety concerns arise.
Refund Policy
All payments made to Angelic Empowerment LLC are non-refundable once services are provided.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued for duplicate payments, canceled sessions by Angelic Empowerment LLC that cannot be rescheduled, or approved emergencies at our discretion.
Families may be asked to share relevant portions of the student’s IEP, goals, accommodations, and recent progress information so services can be tailored appropriately. All student information is handled confidentially and used only to support instruction and planning.
Photos, videos, or recordings are only used with written parent consent. Families may choose to allow educational documentation only, marketing use only, both, or neither. No-face and hands-only options can be selected when applicable.
This form allows Angelic Empowerment LLC to review educational records to better support your child’s learning needs.

Services are designed for students with diverse learning needs, including students with autism and those who benefit from IEP-aligned support, academic tutoring, and life skills instruction.

If your child has an IEP, sharing relevant information helps us better align instruction and support goals, but we will only review records with your written consent.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged unless there is an emergency or illness.
